The Love That Will Not Let Us Go: Healing Memories and Trials Through the Holy Spirit
Dear Reader,
Yesterday was the Sunday of the Eastern Orthodox Church Pentecost. This year it was just a week after the Western Church dates of Easter and the feasts connected to Christ’s Death, Resurrection, and Pentecost - ie the ‘Sending of the Holy Spirit’ onto the apostles..and ultimately all the church.
It is a timely reminder that this gift of God was not simply a gift for the 12 Apostles who had been with Christ - but also for all those who would proclaim their faith in Christ, and the Holy Spirit in the subsequent years. I was blessed again to receive greater unity in my soul…bound with purity of heart to ‘the Love that will not let us go.’ I felt as if He has ‘restored my soul’, (Psalm 23) in a fundamental way.
And today we see in the equivalent week’s Nuggets, from 6 years ago, how the Lord was bringing me to receive more of His Love, Word and Truth in healing memories I was dealing with. He was encouraging me to soften my hard and hurting heart, through obedience to life-giving work in Love for Him. And he encouraged me to continue in overcoming pride by forgiving those who had hurt me.
Join me to see how the Kingdom of God overcomes our darkness, even self-hatred, as, in Him we gain new Life.

Be patient, trustworthy to your undertakings - typing up the Journal, letter to the Archbishop, forgiveness in all things, Memory Book, Icons - I will prompt you and give you peace. Praise God the Father through the Son, in the Holy Spirit. Ever three in One. Amen.
Do your letter to the Archbishop first. Amen.

Justice and Love my child are hidden in Me and My Ways. Do not be afraid of memories but thank God for every trial, loss and disappointment, thanking God for bringing you through.
All will be well beloved daughter. Let me shine My Light and Truth into every hidden corner of shame and blame - to bring all that is in the dark to the Light.
(Amen Lord, Amen)

Darling child, bearer of My Body - bearer of the sins of many - do not despair at the ‘death’ - but know My Love is the Redeemer - praise and thanks to the Father and the Holy Spirit - Nothing separates you from My Love. “In God alone I put my trust.’
Be faithful to My Name and ways and let my Grace carry you - Let My praise lift you - Let My prayer uphold you. Amen

‘Father forgive them they know not what they do.’
Silence My child is your only answer to these trials - but praise God and pray for souls - in the parish and the Church. I love you.
Pray your ‘Akathist’* for all broken hearts in the parish aswell as those you have named.
‘Come Lord Jesus - hear and deliver us from all evil and intransigence - Come Holy Word - Holy Spirit and lead and free us.’ Amen.
An Akathist is a form of prayer (done ‘not sitting’) which is fundamentally a long prayer in praise of Christ, or one of the saints. It is traditional to use, for example, an Akathist to the Mother of God, and ask for her prayers for particular named people, or a group of suffering people. This would be said for an agreed number of days.

(Later in the day …)
Carried dear daughter - upheld and blessed to serve, pray, forgive, and overcome the darkness of confusion. Let go and PRAISE God for upholding you in every disappointment, every word spoken against Me, in you, and when you were alive in Me. Forgive and bless - .’Blasphemy’ is any denial of My Presence, Love and action - and ‘offence’ against the Holy Spirit. Child be Loved.

Hear My love for you - in You - through you - Praise God for ALL I have given you - inspire in you - work through you - Amen. Praise God for My Life in you - in humility and truth - in silence and gentleness and unutterable firmly. If they crush you - they deny Me - Father forgive them.
I will give you all you need to deny-not My call on your life.
Receive the Body and Blood of Christ, for My Sake.
Dear Reader,
Be encouraged if you are on this journey but still dealing with memories of abuse, or loss of love from the past, or in current suffering.
We may feel stuck, wounded, or unable to move forward, but Christ asks only that we bring our burdens to Him and remain, heart open, willing to receive His Love and Truth. Healing often comes step by step, through patience, trust, and perseverance. He promises a ‘Broken and contrite heart I will not despise.’
His Love makes possible the choices we could not make alone, and through the Holy Spirit patience and trust are gifts wrapped in Love and service.
