The Way of Becoming: When Love Leads Us Into Life
Dear Reader,
In all situations of life we either-
1) grow in some way, (organically, by design or the actions of others ) ;
2) stagnate as we repeat what we have learned over and over, and limit our understanding of ourselves, others, life and God;
or 3) we die as we find we have no will to live in the circumstances we find ourselves in.
We do have choices, though life- factors affect the degrees of freedom to decide and act in all three but particularly the second and third.
Only with the first route are we truly LIVING, OVERCOMING, and BEING and BECOMING. Through this we are being led to new awarenesses and directions with both Life and Love to offer for God’s purposes.. It involves ‘risk’ and Trust…. And embraces the Love that leads and feeds us in new growth. Free Will to act in Love is a key to unity with God, and surrender to His Love and Life.
It seems that this week’s nuggets lead me to more surrender….

A new week - but NO FEAR….total trust in MY Provision in the Father, My Word and My Love for you - in you and through you to others. Amen.
I am filling you with purpose and Grace to feed and to bless the hungry, the lame and the lost. Amen. Receive My Body and Blood, My child. I love you.

**The Holy Spirit led me in this ‘Spiritual Exercise’ to bring darkness to the Light.
**Exercise: Focus- What has upset me?
-Lack of co-operation re the work men- WHY distress? No control over colours to be put in the kitchen;
-Having to move (again) without help-
-Damage to car and no reparation -
-Needs of so many and powerless to help -
not able to spend enough time to paint, pray - study…
-No internet service
(All these come down to either fear of no beauty for my work; OR
NO control allocated to me, and it feels like abuse of my soul and body.
The Lord instructed me: ‘Child persevere in LOVE and Trust. Amen.

Do not be dismayed My precious lamb. Do not be afraid for today or tomorrow. Trust in the Father, trust also in Me.
(Oh my Beloved THANK YOU- I have no means of influencing the work in the kitchen and I am in danger of despair- and a sense of victim - abuse-).
Forgive him child - he knows not what he does. Bless do not curse your enemies.

Beginning of Dormition Fast.
Child do not be a stumbling block to others - but if the only food in the fridge is none-fasting - eat it. This is the Kingdom of Heaven. Do not eat the Leven of the Pharisees.
Do not be afraid re the work to be done. Trust Me and the Father. We are One in love, forbearance, long-suffering and Hope in Eternal Life. One day at a time.
Dear Reader,
Life continually places before us opportunities either to cling to fear or to grow in trust. None of us chooses every circumstance we must face, but each day Christ gently invites us to choose how we will respond. His grace does not remove every difficulty; it transforms us as we walk through it with Him - in His Spirit.
Looking back, I now see that what once felt like blocks to my peace, well-being, and contentment,(e.g.the trials re the kitchen in the above) became places where God patiently taught me to surrender my own will and narrow purpose. Then I was able to forgive and bless, and release control of the whole situation to God, and to trust His loving provision for a greater good. It ceased to be about me, and my will. It was as if the ‘greater Good’ of Loving and Forgiving, everyone, became the purpose and the Joy.
I was continually being offered chances to ‘become’ in a greater Good. In truth it was as if I was ‘lifted’ to higher ground. May these reflections encourage us to bring whatever weighs upon our heart, into His Light. He is faithful to lead all who are willing, one day at a time, into the fullness of Life, owning ‘Being’, and ‘Becoming’ in Love.
